The REX-KARA Hydra Active Cleansing Gel is positively ionized, while all other REX-KARA gels and serums are negatively ionized. You must therefore set the same polarity on your device that the respective REX-KARA care product has.

The sensitivity of the skin varies depending on various circumstances, such as the time of day, general condition, the degree of moisture in the skin, the pH value on the surface of the skin, etc.

If you ever feel that you don't feel anything at all, this may also be due to the fact that your palms are too dry and therefore the galvanic fine current cannot flow through the body optimally via the contact strips on the handle. In this case, simply moisten the palm of your hand a little.

The automatic switch-off of the device enables you to precisely control the duration of the treatment without having to keep an eye on the watch.

If you want to continue the treatment, simply switch the device on again and carry out the corresponding steps as before.

We generally recommend that you leave the treatment head on each skin area for at least 5-10 seconds so that the processes in the skin can run optimally.

Of course, you can also treat wrinkles, love handles etc. more intensively as required. Please note, however, that you should never remain on the same area of skin for longer than 20-30 seconds.

It is quite normal that during the first treatments with REX-KARA Cleansing (program 1) or even after a long break in treatment, more pimples can appear, since the skin is cleaned from the inside and pollutants and impurities are transported to the skin surface.

As a rule, these pimples evaporate after only a few applications if the skin is clean to the pores. If necessary, you can speed up this process somewhat by using the REX-KARA Pure Balance Correcting Serum with REX-KARA Deep Therapy (program 2).

For particularly sensitive and irritated skin, you should first carry out the treatment with the REX-KARA Photon Face Therapy (program 5) and the REX-KARA Pure Balance Correcting Serum until the condition of your skin has normalized.

Of course, you can use all REX-KARA care products as normal, even without using ultrasound or galvanic, since they generally contain combinations of active ingredients that care for the skin.

However, you have to cut back on the specific effectiveness, because the active ingredients cannot get into the deeper layers of the skin.

Yes, please remove any make-up before the treatment.

No, the REX-KARA Hydra Active Cleansing Gel was specially developed for deeply effective skin cleaning with ultrasound and galvanic and is generally not suitable for removing make-up.

You can basically start the treatment at any intensity level and change it as often as you like depending on the sensitivity of the skin during the program.

We recommend starting treatment at the highest intensity level and gradually reducing it if necessary.

However, it usually makes little sense since conventional cosmetic products are not ionized and therefore cannot be infiltrated into the skin using iontophoresis.

Even if the products of other suppliers are ionized, we do not recommend use. They could possibly contain harmful substances that should under no circumstances be introduced into the skin.

The REX-KARA care products have been specially developed for use with ultrasound and galvanic and are correspondingly ionized. In addition, all products have been dermatologically tested and skin tolerance has been confirmed. In addition, all products are guaranteed free of PEGs, silicones, parabens, mineral oils and dyes.

Of course, you can also treat another person - but please make sure that there is direct skin contact between you.

For example, you can easily touch your bare arm or shoulder with your hand. Through direct skin contact, you close the fine circuit and activate the galvanic ionization, which is responsible for the active ingredient injection.

Depending on various factors, you may feel the treatment more or less strongly or sometimes not at all. This is quite normal and is by no means an indication that the SPI is not working properly. Among other things, the SPI works with ultrasound, which you can neither feel nor see nor smell. If you want to make the ultrasound visible, please follow the steps below:

•  Choose a program that uses ultrasound (1, 2, 3, or 4)
• Adjust the ultrasound impulses using the intensity button
• Put a drop or two of water on the SPI titanium head
